Pre-orders

Pre-ordered products are currently not in Stock, therefore we will be making the garment just for you. As a small Team, we strive to Ship off your order within 4 weeks from the original date of purchase, however please note that the production process might take from 2-6 weeks. If you have any questions regarding your order status, then please contact us at info@lump-x.com.

Our pre-order items are crafted uniquely for each customer, therefore all purchases are final. This means that they cannot be cancelled, altered, returned, exchanged or refunded. Exceptions may apply, please contact us at info@lump-x.com for any inquiries regarding your order.

Shipping

Our warehouse is located in Warsaw, Poland, and we ship our orders worldwide. Please note that the shipping costs may vary depending on your location and weight of your order. International purchases may be subjected to import taxes or customs fees, which must be covered by the customer. We will not be issuing refunds in case of parcels being returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges

If you wish to return/ exchange your product, please email us at info@lump-x.com with your order number and reasoning behind your decision. We will respond within 3 working days to go over the next steps.

Please note that return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of when your package was marked as delivered. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed and resellable condition with all original tags still attached to the product and must be sent back in the authentic LUMP-X packaging. Any returns that, upon inspection, do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
